摘要
在对国内几家电厂电除尘器收集的燃煤飞灰进行混配、筛分及全灰化等处理后 ,采用常量法对分电场、分粒径灰样的化学成分进行了分析 .结果发现 :飞灰中 Si O2 ,Al2 O3,TFe O,Ca O和 Mg O等化学成分的含量随电场及飞灰的粒度呈一定规律分布 ,Al2 O3含量则随着粒度的减小而逐渐增加 ,Ca O和 Mg O的含量随粒度变细也有增加的趋势 .
After blending,sifting and completely igniting fly ash gleaned in EPS of various power station,the chemical component of fly ash in different fields and grain-sizes has been analyzed by constant analysis method,and the distribution law of SiO 2,Al 2O 3,TFeO,CaO and MgO with different size of fly ash has been found out.The content of SiO 2,TfeO decrease and Al 2O 3,CaO,MgO increase gradually with the diminishing of grain-sizes of fly ash.The initial theory analysis for the distribution law has been done in this paper.
