摘要
利用石灰石脱硫存在的最主要问题是脱硫率较低和吸收剂的利用率较低 ,为了解决这个问题 ,除了优化石灰石的煅烧和硫化工况外 ,添加剂常被用来改善石灰石的脱硫性能 .选用两种不同含硫量的煤 ,与添加了不同比例 Sr CO3,Ba CO3,Sr(OH) 2 ,Ba(OH) 2 ,K2 CO3和 KOH等六种化合物的石灰石均匀混合进行脱硫实验 。
Low desulphurization efficiency and low absorbent utilization extent are the main problems existing in the desulphurization process by limestone.So,additives are usually used to improve the desulphurization performance of limestone except for optimizing the calcination and desulphurization conditions of limestone.The desulphurization experiments are completed in which two kinds of coal with different sulfur content are mixed with limestone contenting different ratio additives.The influence of the additives on limestone desulphurization properties is analyzed.
