链条炉内块粒型煤着火时间的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对型煤在链条炉上燃烧存在的着火延迟、着火稳定性差、不易燃尽等问题 ,提出一种新的燃料组合 ,使原煤变成由块粒煤和型煤构成的具有一定粒度分布的块粒型煤 .在可模拟链条炉中燃烧过程的热态实验台上 ,研究了块粒型煤的着火时间 .实验表明 ,块粒型煤的着火特性明显优于型煤 ,当配比适当时其着火特性与宽筛分的块煤相近 .证实块粒型煤既能满足环保要求 ,又有良好的经济性 。 This paper inroduced a new fuel combination,which transferred raw coal into C and GB that was made from chinaley coal and briquette with specific granularity distribution,in view of issues on delay of ignition,bad stability of ignition and uneasy burning-off during combustion of briquette in traveling grate furnace.The ignition delay time was studied on the hot position bench that could stimulate combustion process of traveling grate furnace.The experiment showed that ignition property of the C and GB was better than that of briquette and near to that of wide sixe distributed chinaley coal when the ratio was adequate.The experiment confirmed that the C and GB either met requirement of environment protection or had better efficient performance,at the same time,met requirement of fuel ignition performance of existed industry boiler.
