摘要
探讨采用拉伸整经上浆 (WDS)工艺生产涤纶仿真丝织轴的工艺技术。提出POY原丝条干不匀率偏差值应控制在 1.6%以下 ,根据不同品种和生产实际选择合适的拉伸温度、浆液温度、浆液浓度、卷绕速度、卷取量 。
The warp-draw-sizing (WDS) process was discussed for silk-like PET warp beaming. The yarn irregularity of POY was recommended to be lower than 1.6%. According to the yarn variety and the commercial production, the rational choice of process parameters guaranteed the qualified products, such as drawing temperature, size temperature, size concentration, winding speed, winding capacity.
