摘要
根据近十年来对纳米碳酸钙及其在天然橡胶和一系列合成橡胶中的补强填充作用的认识作一归纳 ,指出纳米碳酸钙既具有与普通轻质碳酸钙那样具有材料来源易得、白度好、填充量大、无黑色污染等共同的一面 ,又突出显示了它作为纳米材料具有粒子小、晶体结构规整、表面具有活性及对弹性体材料具有明显补强效果的宝贵一面。
The authors reviewed about the experiences of nano-calcium carbonate and its application in the natural rubber and a series of synthetic rubbers in the past decade. The results showed that nano-calcium carbonate not only had characteristics of source wide-ranging, high whiteness, a large amount filled probability and without black pollution as ordinary calcium carbonate, but also had characteristics of small particle diameter, crystal structure standard and active surface, to enhance strength extremely for the elastomers.
