摘要
对负载钛体系催化合成的聚 1-丁烯 (PBt)进行了结构表征和性能测试。DSC测试表明 ,PBt有两个熔融峰 ,分别为 43.5℃和 112 .4℃ ,玻璃化温度为 - 2 3.4℃ ;热 -机械分析表明PBt的软化点为 80℃ ,粘流温度为 16 5℃ ;脆性温度为 - 2 1℃ ;PBt的物理交联点间平均相对分子质量为 2 40 0 ;应力 -应变曲线呈典型的弹性体特征 ;PBt具有优良的耐酸碱性、良好的绝缘性和介电性 ,其介电损耗正切值介于极性和非极性材料之间 ;永久形变在 90 %~ 15 0 %之间。
It has been studied the structure and properties of poly-1-butene (PBt) prepared with supported titanium catalyst. DSC curve showed that PBt had two melting peaks , 43.5?℃ and 112.4?℃, respectively. The glass transition temperature was -23.4?℃. Thermo-mechanical analysis showed that the soften point was 80?℃,the temperature of flowing(Tf) was 165?℃. The brittleness test showed that the brittleness temperature(Tb) was -21?℃.The relative molecular mass between physical crossing points( M c ) of PBt was 2 400. The PBt had an excellence property of anti-abrasion. The strain-stress curve showed that the PBt was an elastomer. The acid and base resistance test showed that PBt had good acid and base resistance property. The electrical test showed that PBt had good electrical insulation and dielectric behavior, its dielectric loss tangent lay between polar material and impolar material. PBt had a bigger permanent set(90%~150%) .
