摘要
在讨论CPU卡硬件组成的基础上,分析CPU卡的安全问题和片内操作系统(COS),探讨IC卡的最新发展趋势—双界面CPU卡,提出它在电力来源、非接触信号的转换、封装和安全等方面的技术难点。同时还提出以铁电存储器作数据存储器的IC卡、JAVA卡、移动电话卡和多功能卡等是未来IC卡的发展方向。
On the basis of discussing hardware constitution of CPU card, this paper analyzes the security problem and chip operating system (COS) of smart card; explores the nearest development of IC card -dual-interface CPU card; and more, presents its technology difficulty about electric power origin, conversion of untouched signal, encapsulation and security and so on . It has great significance for our enhancing and popularizing the application of dual-interface CPU card. In addition it, propounds that IC card using FeRAM. JAVA card. mobile telephone card and multifunctional card and so on are the development trend of IC card in the future.
