摘要
信息多元化时期的图书馆服务应该是多元化的 ,对应的图书馆人员结构也应该是多元化的 ;只有这样才能够满足不同层次用户的需求 ,充分地利用和挖掘图书馆的信息资源 。
In the period of Information diversification, service in library should be diversified, so should the personnel construction of the library. Only this can it meet all needs from different sides. So, all the information resources of the library can be used fully to serve for readers.
