摘要
在高热流条件下电热毛细管材料的消融过程中 ,会形成壁面蒸气罩效应 ,这种等离子体壁面蒸气罩特性对消融控制电弧发生器的工作性能非常关键。该文建立了蒸气罩的理论计算模型 ,同时应用等离子体发生器一维瞬态模型进行计算比较。计算表明 ,该文所建模型及计算方法基本能正确反映毛细管材料消融中的蒸气罩效应 。
While the capillaries materials are being ablated under the high heat fluxes condition, vapor shield often occurs near the inner wall, which could help control the surface being eroded furthermore. This phenomenon has great influence on performance of ablation controlled arcs plasma generator. This paper describes the theoretical model of vapor shield. With time dependent one dimensional model,an exhaustive calculation was finished.In results, the vapor shield performance in ablation of capillaries can be displayed correctly, and experiments prove it.
