摘要
提出了技术跨越的技术能力开放体系 ,指出技术能力的培育和积累应该考虑技术能力空间 ,即在成本约束下可以有效地组织和调用的内外部能力要素的集合。其次研究了技术跨越的技术能力积累模式 ,即 :引进型、内部R&D型和合作型技术能力积累。最后 ,提出技术跨越的技术能力积累关键在于培育核心能力 。
In this paper, technological capability in technological leapfrog is studied systematically. It is pointed out that the process of technological leapfrog is also the process of technological capability leapfrog. A study is carried out on the accumulative model of technological capability system. Different knowledge characteristics should be classified, with different technological capability learning model applied to in technological leapfrog. The openness of technological capability system should be emphasized and attention should be paid to both the inner capability and the technological capability space. It is pointed out that core competence rigidity and dynamic core competence should be emphasized in technological leapfrog.
