摘要
目的 研究地龙与地龙配方颗粒中铅(Pb)的含量。方法 采用于法处理样品,火焰原子吸收法测定。结果 相关系数为0.9998。回收率为93.4％～98.7％。地龙配方颗粒中铅的含量明显低于地龙药材。结论 方法简便,重现性好,可用于中药配方颗粒及中药制剂中铅的含量测定。
Objective Compare the content of lead in Dilong and Dilong granule for prescription. Methods Samples processed by dry ashing. The content of lead was determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. Results The recovery is 93.4% ~98.7% with correlation coefficient at 0.9998. The content of lead in Dilong granule for prescription is less than that in Dilong. Conclusion The method is easy and has a good reproducibility. The method can be used for determining the content of lead in the granule of traditional Chinese medicine and preparations of traditional Chinese medicine.
