进行性指掌角化症的观察与护理

摘要目的　探讨指掌角化症的临床、病理及治疗护理特点。方法　对 18例查菌试验呈阴性反应患者 ,采用护肤霜和维生素A、D软膏交替外搽 ,口服甲状腺片 2 0～ 4 0mg·d- 1、已烯雌酚 0 .5～ 1mg·d- 1,调节内分泌和刺激皮肤角质层再生。结果　用药后有效率 83% ,3例有好转。
