摘要
利用均匀试验设计方法对三氯化铁催化合成苯甲酸正丁酯的条件进行设计,并结合多元线性回归、逐步线性回归方法对合成过程中的影响因素进行了研究.通过计算得出对合成产率具有显著性影响的因素为:氯化铁用量,正丁醇和苯甲酸,正丁醇和反应时间,苯甲酸和反应时间之间的交互效应.综合考虑各因素的影响及实验结果,确定本体系的最佳的合成条件:正丁醇36mL,苯甲酸11g,氯化铁1.3g,时间2.8h,产率为90.5%.通过计算和分析,总共进行了18次试验,即得出了产率非常高的合成条件,节省了大量的时间和试验消耗.
The condition of catalytic synthesis of butyl benzoate with ferric chloride is programmed by uniform design. Effective factors of the synthesis process are studied with multilinear and stepwise regression to get the best synthesis condition on the least number of experimentatioin. From calculation, the maximal influence faction of yield ration of butyl benzoate is FeCl3 amount, and interaction of butyl with benzoic acid, butyl with reaction time and benzoic acid with reaction time. Finally best condition is got and the results of experimentation are butyl 36 mL, benzoic acid 11 g, FeCl3 1.3g, reaction time 2.8h, and butyl benzoate ratio is 90.5%. After calculation and analysis the number experimentation is 18, with less time and consume of experimentation. The uniform design is an effective method and worth applying.
