摘要
目的 探讨胎膜覆盖、置管冲洗治疗骨折术后急性感染致骨外露的临床效果。方法 对 2 0例不同部位骨折术后急性感染灶进行扩创 ,因伤口不能缝合 ,骨外露 ,采用胎膜覆盖皮肤缺损创面 ,使创面成封闭状态 ,置管冲洗治疗。结果 全部病例冲洗 2～ 3d后局部组织肿胀及全身高热明显减轻 ,胎膜变为干性膜状物。 5～ 7d创面感染控制。胎膜下无排斥反应 ,创面肉芽新鲜 ,外露骨无坏死。结论 胎膜覆盖。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of fetal membranes covering and closed drainage to treat acute post operative infection of fracture. Methods 20 cases of acute infection after operation of fracture were treated with debridment, fetal membranes covering and closed drainage. Results After 2 to 3 days, local inflammatory edema in all patients were relieved, and hyperpyrexa came down. After 5 to 7 days, the infection was controlled without allergic reaction and bone necrosis. Conclusion Fetal membranes covering and closed drainage is a simple but effective treatment for acute post operative infection of fracture.
