目的 :找出隐睾治疗的最佳时机和方法 ,探讨其诊治新概念。 方法 :对 1 83例隐睾患者进行回顾性分析总结。 结果 :本组 1 4 8例患者进行隐睾牵引固定术 ,6例进行睾丸切除术 ,经超声检查发现 5例睾丸缺如。 2 6例患者进行了内分泌检查。 结论 :对隐睾的治疗应在
Objectives:Explore the new concept of diagnosis and treatment in cryptochidism and looking for optimal time for treating cryptochidism. Methods:Analyze and sum up experience of 183 cases with cryptochidism. Results:One stage orchiopexy was performed for 148 cases.orchiectomy was performed for 6 cases and absence of testis was observed in 5 cases during surgical exploration.The level of LH,FSH and T in serum were lower significantly in detected 26 cases. Conclusions:The treatment of cryptochidism had beat perform before two years old.
