摘要
以亚硝基R盐为显色剂,采用分光光度法测定酸性镀铜液中的微量铁。介绍了该方法的原理及分析步骤。探讨了测量波长、酸度、亚硝基R盐及缓冲液的浓度、发色时间等因素对测量结果的影响。在720nm波长下,铁浓度在2~20μg/10mL范围内测得吸光度与铁浓度之间的关系遵守比耳定律。另外,探讨了干扰元素的影响及其消除。加标回收试验结果表明,该方法准确度高,平均回收率为98 4%。
Micro iron in acid copper plating bath was determined by spectrophotometry with 1nitroso2naphthol3,6disulfonic acid disodium salt as chromogenic agent. Fundamentals and measuring procedures of this method were introduced. The effects of measuring wave length, acidity, concentration of chromogenic agent and buffer, and chromogenic time on the measuring results were studied. The measured absorbance to iron content curve follows Beer's Law under 720 nms measuring wave length provided that iron content range is 2~20 μg/10 mL. In addition, the disturbance of interfering elements and elimination thereof were discussed. Results show that this method has high accuracy with average recovery rate of 984 %.
