摘要
本文通过实证调查 ,认为货币政策的传导由于在机制、管理体制、实施主体和外部环境等方面的问题 ,在基层的传导出现梗阻 ,货币政策效应尚未得到充分发挥。对此 ,文章认为应通过完善机制、改革管理体制、构建社会信用环境等措施来疏导货币政策的传导机制。
This paper believes that the effectiveness of transmit mechanism of monetary policy isn't exerted.It encounters encointers obstruction in the sub-branches of the central bank by empirocally analysis of the implementafion in shanxi province and supporting the development of medium-and-small enterprises. The results shows that the obstruction of the transmit mechanism of monetary policy can be remoned only by improving the transmission mechanism reforming the management system, and founding perfect circumstance of social credit.
