Study on the Catalysts for Flue Gas Desulfurization

摘要 实验考察了Cr2O3、MoO3、WO3三种单组分氧化物催化剂,以及四种不同催化载体对SO2直接催化还原的影响,结果表明它们的活性相差很大,WO3的活性最差,MoO3的活性最高;具有酸碱双功能的γ Al2O3载体是催化脱硫的最佳载体.此外,制备了三种双组分金属氧化物负载催化剂,其催化脱硫活性顺序是:Mo Co/γ Al2O3>Mo Fe/γ Al2O3>Mo Ni/γ Al2O3;Mo Co双组分催化比单组分MoO3具有优越性,在250~400℃范围内,SO2脱除率达90%以上,不仅催化脱硫活性比较高,而且催化剂不易失活. A series of metal oxide catalysts (Cr2O3, MoO3, WO3) supported on SiO2, MgO, γAl2O3 and 5Azeolite are prepared. The results show that the effect of the active metal oxides and carries on catalytic activity for flue gas desulfurization is very sensitive. WO3 catalyst has the least activity, MoO3 catalyst has the best activity, and γAl2O3 is the best support for catalytic desulfurization. Moreover, three kinds of bimetallic oxide supported catalysts are also prepared. The order of activity of catalytic desulfurization is as follows: MoCo/γAl2O3 > MoFe/γAl2O3> MoNi/γAl2O3. This bimetallic novel MoCo/γAl2O3 catalyst is better than monometallic one MoO3. For flue gas catalytic desulfurization at 250-400 ℃; It's removal ratio of SO2 exceeds 90%,and besides the better desulfurization activity it can keep it's catalytic activity for longer time.
