纳米尺寸Ce_(1-X)Cu_XO_Y固溶体的表征和甲醇自热制氢反应的研究 被引量:1

Characterization and Catalytic Activity of Nanosized Ce_(1-X)Cu_XO_Y Solid Solutions for Auto-thermal Steam Reforming of Methanol

摘要 采用溶胶 凝胶法制备了Ce1-XCuXOY固溶体催化剂,通过XRD,BET,TEM等表征研究了该类催化剂的结构特征,并采用H2 TPR技术考察了其氧化还原行为.结果表明固溶体的生成使该类催化剂活化和转移氧的能力大大提高.该类催化剂在甲醇自热制氢反应中表现了较高的催化活性. The structural characteristics and redox behaviors of nanosized Ce1-XCuXOY solid solutions prepared by solgel method were investigated by using Xray diffraction (XRD), H2TPR, BET and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was found that the solid solution promoted mobility of oxygen and the solid solution catalysts shown higher catalytic activity than industrial catalyst in autothermal stream reforming of methanol reaction.
