摘要
研究了一种生物脱胶新方法 厌氧微生物法.作者从麻厂污泥和沼气池的污泥中优选出8株脱胶性能较好的杆菌,测定其代谢特性并对有效菌株进行了组合,4个组合的脱胶率为33.6%~38.98%.
A new method for ramie degumming by anaerobic microorganism was studied in this paper. The object of this study was to isolate anaerobic bacteria capable of ramie degumming. We screened more than 100 strains from sludge of ramie mills and biogas digester for such bacteria and isolated 8 strains bacilli, Some properties of this bacillo and degumming abilities of them have been determained, 4 of these combinations showed good results in degumming, and the rate of degumming is 33.6%~38.98% respectively.
