摘要
介绍了在闪速熔炼过程中 ,铜在电炉渣中的损失状况。结合生产实践 ,介绍了控制电炉渣含铜低于 0 .8%的几点措施 :采用新型精矿喷嘴 ,稳定闪速炉炉浆 ;向闪速炉中添加焦粉 ;控制炉渣的铁硅比 ;增加铜液澄清时间 ;向电炉中加入还原剂煤块或黄铁矿等。
The loss of copper in electric furnace slag during flash smelting operation is described. In light of production practice, the author introduces some measures for reducing copper content of electric furnace slag to <0.8%: aplication of new type of concentrate nozzles, stabilization of flash furnace slurry, addition of coke powder to flash furnaces, control of the Fe/Si ratio of furnace slag, increasing the time for clarification of copper liquor, and addition of reductants, such as coal or pyrite.
