摘要
目的 探讨颈部恶性肿块的诊断方法。方法 对15例口腔科首诊的颈部恶性肿块的病例分析并加以讨论。结果本组颈部恶性肿块患者在术前均未能被确诊,且多为转移性,大多数可找到原发灶。结论 颈部恶性肿块多为转移性,在临床上易被误诊,在诊断上应配合必要的辅助检查。
Objective To study the diagnosis of malignant tumors in neck.Methods 15 cases with neck malignant tumors were analyzed and discussed. Results All the cases couldn't be confirmed diagnostically before operation. Most of them were of metastaic features and primary focus. Conclusion Neck malignant tumors with metastatic features were easily misdiagnosed clinically, and other examinations were needed.
