摘要
目的 比较牙列缺损患者行可摘局部义齿和种植固定义齿修复的主观感受。方法 对23例戴用可摘局部义齿后又行种植义齿修复患者作种植修复前和修复后问卷调查。结果 与可摘局部义齿相比,种植固定义齿在咀嚼功能、舒适、固位等方面存在显著差别(P<0.01)。结论 种植固定义齿修复能更好地提高口腔功能,满足患者需求。
Objective To compare the evaluation of the patients' responses who lost posterior teeth and received the treatment of removal of partial denture with that of those who received implanted denture. Methods Questionnaires were given during their first visit to hospital and after their implantation treatment. Results There was a significant difference between implanted denture and removal partial denture with regard to masticatory function, comfort and fixedness. Conclusion It was suggested that implanted denture could highly improve oral function and meet patients' demands.
