炼油和石油化工工业中大量使用加氢工艺 ,由于加氢反应器等关键设备的材料为高温临氢服役 ,开展材料损伤研究和剩余寿命预测分析具有重要的工程意义和学术价值。本文对扬子石化公司芳烃联合装置加氢反应器 DC-1 0 1 A随机试块进行了解剖与性能测试 ,包括拉伸、冲击、断裂等试验 ,获得了 2 .2 5 Cr-1 Mo钢在 1 7.47MPa和 42 7°C下运行 1 0万小时后的材料性能 ,并与运行了4.
In petrochemical and petroleum refining industries, the hydrogenation technology is widely used. As materials used in key equipment, such as hydrogenation reactors, are subjected simultaneously to the action of hydrogen and high temperature, studies on material property degradation and remaining life predicting are very important with engineering and academic significance. An in service test block taken inside of the hydrogenation reactor DC 101A was examined. Material properties of 2.25 Cr 1Mo steel after service of about 10 5 h at the operating pressure of 17.47 MPa and temperature of 427 °C was obtained, including the embrittlement status, tensile, Charpy impact, and fracture toughness tests. Test results were compared with those obtained by experiments on another test block from the same reactor after 4.3 ×10 4 h service. Relationship between reactor material properties and operating time was discussed.
