现代科技革命的发展告诉我们 ,高校人才培养策略亟待调整 ,确立“质量就是生命” ,强化“以人为本” ,落实因材施教 。
Development of modern science and technology revolution requests that university should improve its cultivation strategies in time.University should set up the concept the 'teacnhing quality is life and person is center'.
