摘要
应用电化学原理计算了肼作还原剂在水溶液中还原金属离子制备金属微粉工艺中肼在碱性介质和酸性介质的电极反应和电极电位 ,以及配位剂对金属离子氧化能力的影响。简要介绍了制备粒度均匀的纳米金属粉末必须考虑结晶动力学原理和防止团聚的措施及配合剂的作用 。
Based on electrochemistry principle the electrode reactions and correspondent electrode potentials of hydrazine as reductive reagent of metal ions in basic and acidic solutions were calculated.respectively.and the effect of coordination(complex) reagent on the oxidation potential of metal ion was also indicated when metal powder was prepared in process of chemical reduction of metal ions by hydrous hydrazine.In order to obtain uniform particles the crystalline kinetics and the measures to prevent products from agglomeration were simply introduced.
