摘要
地质勘探发现的所有油气储量 ,必须经过经济评价、筛选出优质高效储量后才能投入开发。对储量经济评估的方法和影响储量经济价值的主要因素进行了研究。基于我国财税制度 ,初步建立了适合塔里木油田的经济评估方法和评价指标体系 ,据此可以对勘探发现的所有油气田的储量进行准确的评价和筛选。
All oil and gas reserve discovered by exploration have to past the economic evaluation before high quality and benefit reserve filtered out and got to development, for the purpose of construction of economic building. It is studied in this paper that the evaluation method and mainly influence factors of the reserve. Based on the financial and tax system of China, established the system of evaluation methods and standards which adapt to Tarim Oil Company initially. This system can be used in all oil and gas reserve evaluation and filter perfectly in Tarim Oil Company.
