摘要
本文先介绍了全断面掘进机后配套系统衬砌吊机的工作原理 ,然后详细阐述其液压系统设计的原理。通过对电液比例多路阀进行负载敏感控制 ,实现泵和负载之间的功率匹配 。
First the principle of segment crane is introduced, then the design theory of its hydraulic system is discussed in detail. Electro-hydraulic proportional sectional valves are realized with load sensing control, and the pump output power is adaptive to load, the system effectiveness is highly enhanced.
