摘要
研究了硬质合金粉末的激光熔覆工艺及显微组织,讨论了各种因素对熔覆层显微组织的影响。结论指出,最佳激光工艺参数为功率P=1.8 kW,离焦量为零,扫描速度为V=2~3 mm/s,熔覆层组织为WC,η-(Fe,Co)_3W_3C和α-(Fe,Co)。各种因素通过影响硬质合金粉末中碳含量和基体对熔覆层的稀释,使显微组织发生变化。
The laser cladding processes and microstructure of the cladding layer were dealed with, and the effects of process factors on microstructure were discussed. The results show that the appropriate process parameters are P=1.8kW, F=0mm, V =2~3mm/s. and the microstructure components are WC, (Co, Fe)_3W_3C, and α-(Fe, Co). The microstructure changes were affected by the process factors, which can change the carbon content and dilute the cladding layer.
