摘要
用磨损试验、疲劳试验、拉伸试验、冲击试验和扭转试验对30 CrMnSiA钢氮化后的力学性能进行了评价。结果表明,气体软氮化、液体软氮化、离子氮化和离子硫氮碳共渗都能有效地提高30 CrMnSiA钢的耐磨性,以离子硫氮碳共渗为佳。离子硫氮碳共渗后疲劳性能也明显改善,但是,强韧性有所损失。
Mechanical properties of nitrided steel 30 CrMnSiA were evaluated by wear, fatigue, tensile, impact and torsion tests. The results showed that wearability of 30 CrMnSiA may be effectively improved by gas-soft nitridation, liquid of tnitridation, ionic nitridatior, and especially, by ionic sulphacarbonitridation. Fatigue strength is also greatly increased, while toughness is decreased somewhat after ionic sulphacarbonitridation
