摘要 研究了Fe-40 at%Al合金B、Cr和B、Cr、Zr联合加入后的显微组织和拉伸性能。发现在FeAlBCr阳FeAlBCrZr合金中均形成了针状第二相且晶粒明显细化。FeAl与FeAlBCrZr的延伸率小于1%,但B、Cr,Zr联合加入显著地提高了合金的强度。FeAlBCr合金延伸率为零且强度较低。FeAl与FeAlBCrZr合金的断口均呈穿晶解理断裂,而FeAlBCr合金由于晶界大量针状第二相崦呈沿晶断裂。 The microstructure and tensile properties of Fe-40 at%Al with Cr,Zr and B additions have been studied. The needle-shaped second phases were formed, and grain structure were remark ably refined in FeAlBCr and FeAlBCrZr alloys. FeAl and FeAlBCrZr alloys have elongations less than 1%, but the strength of FeAl alloy was significantly increased by the Cr, Zr and B multia-aditions. The FeAlBCr alloy has zero elongation and lower strength. SEM observation shows that transgranular cleavage fracture occurs in FeAl and FeAlBCrZr alloys, while intergra-nular fracture occurs in FeAlBCr alloys due to needle-shaped second phase at grain boundary.
