司太立合金是一种能耐各种类型磨损和腐蚀以及高温氧化的硬质合金。它们可用各种焊接工艺喷涂到易损部件的表面,也可制成铸件。本文对司太立合金的物理、化学、机械性能和金相结构以及它们的应用作了全面的介绍。
The Stellite alloys are hard alloys with good performance to resist a variety of wear, corrosion and high temperature oxidation attacks. Stellite alloys are being sprayed upon metallic surfaces to enhance their wear resisting properties by various welding processes, or being, alternatively, used as casting parts. This paper makes an overall introduction of their physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, together with their microstructures. Some representative applications to industries are introduced as well.
