简述了专家系统的概念及其应用于失效分析领域的优越性,指出了失效分析专家系统与传统计算机辅助失效分析程序的区别,重点讨论了失效分析专家系统的建造要求。简单介绍了齿轮轮齿失效分析专家系统—ESGFA。
This paper briefly discussed the concept of the expert system and the advantage when if is used for failure analysis, and also points out the distinction between the Failure Analysis Expert System (FAES) and the traditional program of computer aided failure analysis. Then, the demands that must be considered in building the FAES were discussed Finally, it introduces briefly an expert system for gear tooth failure analysis——ESGFA.
