摘要
应用2kW-CO_2激光器,在GH140合金表面进行NiCoCrAlY包覆涂层重熔处理。结果表明,控制恰当的激光工艺参数,可使激光重熔区组织细化,成分稀释率低,涂层致密性、附着力显著提高。从而有效地改善了抗蚀性和抗冷热疲劳性,并能保持原涂层良好塑性。
NiCoCrAlY cladding has been remelted on the GH140 alloy surface by 2 kW-CO_2 gas laser. The results show that, by controlling proper laser technological paramoters, structure can be fined, coating compactness and adhesion can be obviouly enhanced and the composition dilution is very low in the laser-remelting zone. Thus, corrosion resistance and thermal fatigue resiatance will be effectively improved, and the good plasticity of the original coating will be remained.
