摘要
根据大同市井灌区工程存在的问题及节水工程现状,探讨了发展井灌区节水灌溉的必要性、规划原则和设计标准;从当地的自然、社会、经济条件出发,提出了大同市近期节水灌溉的主要目标和具体管理措施。
According to the problems existing in the works of well-irrigated areas of Datong Prefecture and the present situation of water-saving projects, this paper probes into the necessary, planning principle and design standard of developing water-saving irrigation in well-irrigated areas, and puts forward the main targets and concrete management measures for Datong's shot-term water-saving irrigation based on local natural, social and economic conditions.
