摘要
我国工程设计单位的档案管理,在建立纸质档案与电子档案并行管理的新机制以后,只要善于把握工程设计档案的基本特征和结构体系,又能培养和造就一支熟悉电子技术、信息技术和档案管理学的“复合型”人才队伍,就会实现以开发利用档案信息资源为主体的网络化管理目标,并为企业发展和社会进步提供优质服务。
