摘要
完善企业经理人员的激励约束机制,是深化企业改革、建立现代企业制度的一项重要内容.本文在分析我国企业经理人员报酬机制现状的基础上,设计出基于年薪制的股票期权报酬方案,讨论了它实行的条件和可能遇到的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议.
The perfecting of the encouragingconstraint mechanism to enterprise managers is an indispensable part of further reformation of enterprises and the establishment of modern enterprise system. This paper analyses the present situation of enterprise managers' reward mechanism in China, designs stock double reward mechanism based on annual salary institution, discusses its executive conditions and possible problems and proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
