护环钢的微观组织与疲劳断裂特征

摘要 护环钢经循环变形后,组织中出现了ε马氏体和形变孪晶以及平面状分布的位错;变形量大时在碳化物粒子周围形成位错塞积和缠结。疲劳断裂特征为疲劳条纹、韧窝及类似准解理状形貌特征。 After cyclic deformation, ε-martensites, deformation twins and planar dislocations in austenite martrix were observed in retaining ring steel. Dislocation pile-up and tangling around carbide particles were also observed after high degree of deformation. The fatigue fracture characteristics were fatigue striation, ductile microvoid, and quasi-cleavage-like fracture characteristic.
