摘要
目的 :比较甲氨喋呤与米非司酮合用及单用甲氨喋呤时保守治疗未破裂异位妊娠的效果。方法 :采用前瞻性研究的方法。将患者随机分成两组 ,分别采用甲氨喋呤肌注、以及与米非司酮口服合用的方法治疗异位妊娠。结果 :单用甲氨喋呤组成功率 73 3%、联合用药组成功率 96 8%且血HCG转阴时间明显缩短。结论 :甲氨喋呤与米非司酮联合用药治疗异位妊娠疗效好 。
Objective:To compare the use of a combination of methotrexate and mifepristone with methotrexate alone in the medical management of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A preliminary randomized,controlled trial.Women were randomized to receive i m.injection of methotrexate alone or oral mifepristone in combination with the same dose of methotrexate.Results:Of the 32 patients treated with the combination,there was only 1 failure,whereas medical treatment had failed for 8 of 30 patients treated with methotrexate alone.In the combination group,time length of negativization of hCG serum values after medical treatment of ectopic pregnancy had been evidently shortened.Conclusion:The combination of mifepristone and methotrexate decreased the risk of failure in medical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
