摘要
考察了Al-Mg-Si系6063合金在不同时效状态的硬度,强度和疲劳性能,并对合金的拉伸和疲劳断口进行了研究。结果表明,合金的疲劳强度随着拉伸强眨的增加而增加,但疲劳强度与拉伸强度的比值则随着拉伸强度的增加而下降。在不同时效状态,合金的拉伸和疲劳断裂方式亦不同,拉伸和疲劳断裂方式受合金形变行为的影响。
The hardness, strength and fatigue propertics of the Al-Mg-Si alloy 6063 in different aging conditions were measured. The tensile and fatigue fractures were studied. The results show that the fatigue strength increases with the increasing of the tensile strength, but the fatigue strength/tensile strength ratio decreases. The tensile and fatigue fracture mode is also different in different aging conditions, which is affected by the slip behavior of the alloy.
