摘要
在分析了2/1斜纹织物产生卷边的原因的基础上,依据同面组织防止卷边理论,在确保踏盘开口织机织造可行的前提下,分别选择平纹、2/2方平、2/1变化方平作为2/1斜纹织物的边组织,并针对这4种情况,简述了各种边组织的织造装置,进行了小样试织。通过对试织小样观察与分析比较,给出了2/1斜纹织物边组织的合理的选择方案。
The reason of the curl selvedge of 2/1 twill is analyzed in this paper. According to the theory of similar weave preventing curl selvedge and the condition of weaving feasibility in the shedding tappet loom, the plain,2/2 basket weave and 2/1 irregular basket weave are selected as the selvedge weave. In allusion to the four conditions, every selvedge apparatus is briefly introduced. Though the weaving experiments analysing and observing.the reason-able selection of selvedge of 2/1 twill fabrics is given.
