摘要
目的 :总结 81例急性硬膜下血肿的诊断和治疗。方法 :回顾 81例急性硬膜下血肿的临床资料。结果 :本组全部手术治疗 ,痊愈 41例 ,好转 1 8例 ,死亡 2 2例。结论 :早期诊断 ,早期治疗是提高生存率的关键环节 。
Objective:To sum up the experience of diagnosis and treatment with acute subdural hematomas on 81 cases. Methods:81 patients with acute subdural hematomas, who admitted to our department were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All cases were operated, of which 41 patients, recovered and 18 relieve while 22 died. Conclusions:Early diagnosing and treating disease are the key to improve the survival rate of patients. Adequate alertness should be kept to child and senile, will obtain the satisfied prognosis.
