摘要
目的 :了解全区各级医疗卫生机构消毒效果情况。方法 :按 GB1999.9《消毒技术规范》和 GB15 980 - 1995《一次性使用卫生用品标准》对全区 6 6家医疗卫生机构进行消毒效果监测和评价。结果 :共抽检各类样品 5 6 2份 ,合格 36 0份 ,合格率 6 4 .0 6 % ,其中区级合格率 94 .2 6 % (115 /12 2 ) ;乡级率 71.5 2 % (10 3/14 4 ) ;村级合格率 4 7.97% (14 2 /2 96 )。区、乡、村三级消毒合格率的差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :区级医疗卫生机构消毒效果较好 ,乡、村两级存在着严重污染。应加强乡、村两级医疗卫生机构消毒工作的管理 ,切实防止医源性感染。
Objective:To explore the disinfect conditions of rural health organizations of Hedong District.Methods:According to the 《Disinfect techniccriterion》and《Hygienic standard for disposable sanitary products》GB15979-1995,we checked 66 organizations in our district. Results:The qualified rate was 64.06%(360/562),of which the organizations of district levels was 94.26%(115/122),township level 71.52%(103/144),and the village level 47.97%(142/296),there were significant differences among the organizations of different livels( P< 0.01).Conclusions:The disinfect condition of district level is better than others.
