两种细胞因子与特发性肺纤维化的关系 被引量:18

摘要 目的 :观察转化生长因子 (TGFβ)及血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF)在特发性肺纤维化 (IPF)经纤维支气管镜 (纤支镜 )肺活检标本中的表达 ,探索其在 IPF发病中的作用。方法 :用免疫组织化学技术检测 IPF患者纤支镜活检肺组织中 TGFβ及 PDGF的表达。结果 :IPF组 TGFβ主要分布在细支气管上皮细胞、 型肺泡上皮细胞及肺泡巨噬细胞 ,与对照组比较 ,P<0 .0 1。IPF组 PDGF主要位于血管周围成纤维样细胞、间质细胞及细支气管上皮细胞、肺泡巨噬细胞及 型肺泡上皮细胞 ,与对照组比较 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :TGFβ、PDGF通过与肺组织细胞相互作用 ,参与肺纤维化形成。 Objective: To investigate the expression of plateletderived growth factor(PDGF) and transforming growth factorβ(TGFβ) in transbronchial lung biopsy(TBLB) from patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF),and study the potential role of cytokines in the development of IPF. Methods: The immunohistochemical methods were used to determine the expression of PDGF, TGFβ in TBLB from patients with IPF. Results: In IPF patients, TGFβ mainly existed at tiny bronchial epithelial cells, alveolar epithelial typeⅡ cells and alveolar macrophages, showing strong expression compared with controls ( P <0 01). PDGF mainly existed at fibroblastlike cells surrounding pulmonary vessels, fibroblasts, tiny bronchial epithelial cells, alveolar epithelial typeⅡ cells and alveolar macrophages, showing strong expression compared with controls ( P <0 01). Conclusion: PDGF and TGFβ, which interact with pulmonary mesenchymal cells, are involved in the formation of pulmonary fibrosis.
