摘要
本文采用PCR技术 ,对 10例病史 2年以上的疣状皮肤结核患者皮损进行了结核杆菌DNA检测 ,结果显示 10例患者 1例阳性 ,而作为阳性对照的 4例淋巴结结核组织 3例阳性 ,2例正常组织均为阴性。
Applying PCR technique to detect mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA in the skin lesions of ten patients with tuberculosis verrucosa cutis.The history of all patients is above two years.The results showed that only one skin lesion was positive detected in ten patients and three patients were positive detected in four patients with lymphoid tuberculosis as posivive controls and tow normal skin lesions as negative controls were all negative.The results indicate that the mycobacterium tuberculosis was seen only occasionally in the skin lesion of tuberculosis verrucosa cutis in late stage.
