摘要
目的:评价吲哒帕胺联合卡托普利治疗中、高度高血压的疗效及其对心率、电解质、肾功能、血糖、血脂及尿酸的影响。方法:46例中、重度高血压患者每日给予吲哒帕胺2.5mg及卡托普利75mg口服,疗程8周,在治疗前后分别检测心率、电解质、肾功能、血糖、血脂及尿酸。结果:总有效率95.7%,无效率4.3%,血尿酸升高(P<0.05),而对心率、电解质、肾功能、血糖、血脂的影响均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:吲哒帕胺联合卡托普利治疗中、重度高血压疗效显著,副作用少,且两者价格便宜,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of captopril with indapamide in treatment of serious hypertension and the influence of them on HR ,electrolyte,kedney function ,Bs , serum lipids and uric acid. Methods:46 patients with serious hypertension took orally indapamide 2. 5mg /d and captopril 7. 5mg /d for 8 weeks , ant HR, electrolyte , kedney function , Bs, serum lipids and uric acid were detected before and after treatment. Results :The total effective rate of the drugs was 95.7% and the ineffective rate was 4. 3%, uric acid level elevated in the blood (P >0.05) ,but there were little variations of HR,electrolyte , kedney's function ,Bs and serum lipids. Conclusion: Captopril with indapamide are effective in treating serious hypertension with few adverse reaction , and in additionthese two drugs are cheap , so this therapy is worth adopting.
