摘要 目的探讨梗阻性肥厚型心肌病患者经皮腔内室间隔化学消融术后并发症的观察与护理。方法观察14例经皮腔内室间隔化学消融术后有哪些并发症 ,并总结护理经验。结果 14例病人术后均有胸痛 ,6例出现一过性房室传导阻滞 ,3例出现室性期前收缩 ,1例发生室性心动过速 ,l周内均恢复正常。结论观察和缓解胸痛 ;严密心电监护 ;监测生命体征 ;
