新型偶氮化合物的合成及其非线性光学特征 被引量:8

摘要 采用不同合成路线 ,合成了一类多功能偶氮化合物。用溶剂变色法测算得这类化合物的二阶极化率与化合物基态偶极矩的复合量 ( βCTμg)数量为 10 - 2 8esu·D ,其 βCTμg 值与化合物“推—拉”电子发色团取代基的“推—拉”电子强度密切相关 ,其中含杂环的化合物有很高的 βCTμg 值。掺杂 2_甲基_4′_咔唑己基_4_硝基偶氮苯(CHNA)的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯薄膜有良好的光致变色性能。 A series of novel carbazole-azo binary compounds were synthesized by mo difying 9H-carbazole. The permanent dipole moments of their ground states(μ g) were estimated by Fishtine method. A simple way generated from solvationchr omic method was successful to calculate their first hyperpolarizibilities(β CT) in the o rder of 10 -28 esu.The β CTμ g value of N-methyl-N-(9-carb azolyl)hexyl-4-5′-nitrothiazo-2′-azoaniline is as high as 1 263×10 -30 e su·D. The first hyperpolarizibili ty was highly related to the structure of the related carbazole-azo binary compo und.
