摘要
在流化床反应器中以羰基铁为物源,用金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD)法制备了云母珠光颜料.由颜料的SEM和EPMA图分析表明:云母微粒为片状结构,平均粒径为50μm;沉积在云母表面上的是均匀分布的30~150nm的透明氧化铁微粒,这种结构对光能产生多重散射、折射、反射,从而呈现出绚丽的珠光光泽.
The lron oxide mica pearlescent pigment has been prepared in a spoutedfluidized reactor using Metal Organic Chemical Vapour Deposition (MOCVD) of Fe(CO)5. The both of Pyrogenationdeposition and absorbingdecomposition occurs at deposition process. The structure of mica particles is flakiness and the average diameter is 50 μm. The oxide deposition on the mica surface is transparent and symmetricl, The average diameter is 30-150 nm. Florid pearl luster can be appeared by light scatter, refract and reflect.
