摘要
运用吸附泡沫分离法 ,对溶液中低浓度Zn(Ⅱ )的回收进行了研究 ,用正交实验方法筛选出阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠作为捕集剂 ,并得出连续稳态操作的适宜工艺参数 .实验结果表明 ,在料液pH为 6.0 ,气体流量G为 10 0mL min时 ,分离回收效果最佳 ,Zn(Ⅱ )的浓缩比 β可达 13 .2 .
This paper presents the application of adsorptive foam separation for the recovery of the Zn(Ⅱ) in the low concentration solution.The anioni surfactant NaLS is selected as collector by orthogonal experiment,a set of optimal parameters is obtained in the recovery system. The experiment results show that when the pH of feed solution is 6.0,air flow rate 100mL/min,βis 13.2 and zinc can be mostly recovered.
